I cant seem to get my suzuki into neutral! its an 05-04 has anyone else had this problem?

push it forward all the way to first.. or until it can't go any further... than pull a half click back. If you pull back to much it will go into 2nd.. if you do that push it forward again and just keep trying to pull back lightly until it clicks into neutral.
